What devices do you support?

Cloudphone.com works on all mobile devices (iOS and Android) and desktop.

Does Cloudphone.com use my cellular phone plan’s minutes?

No. Cloudphone.com uses your Internet connection - wifi or data. This allows you to use the service anywhere in the world.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. You will be charged on a month-to-month basis. If you'd like to be billed annually, contact the Cloudphone.com Sales Team.

Can I use a desk phone with Cloudphone.com?

Absolutely. While many customers find that they can reduce their need for physical desk phones with our softphone and mobile apps, Cloudphone.com does support a wide variety of SIP-based desk phones.  Interested in purchasing directly from Cloudphone.com? Do you support faxing?

We do! You'll be able to receive inbound faxes to any of your Cloudphone.com virtual phone numbers. Notification of received fax will be sent to your email with the fax pdf file attached.
